Privacy policy

This policy explains how Green Branch LLC (“Green Branch”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit greenbranch.org or contact us. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Green Branch LLC is an online marketing and advertising company based at 206 S. Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104. You can reach us about privacy at info@greenbranch.org.

Information this website collects

This website does not use cookies and does not run advertising, tracking or social media scripts. It does not ask you to create an account.

Like every website, it is delivered by servers that receive technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Information you send us

If you email us, including by using the project brief form on our contact page (which opens your own email app and does not store anything on this website), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to reply, to discuss and provide our services, and to keep a record of our correspondence.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email hosting, when the law requires it, or with your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@greenbranch.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the effective date above.
